A little tip for you with rhubarb which takes...Hi,<br /><br />A little tip for you with rhubarb which takes away the tartness. Cut the rhubarb up into little pieces, pour boiling water on and leave for 15mins. Pour away the water then cook the rhubarb as usual. I also didn't like rhubarb until I was told to do this and now love rhubarb crumble and pies.
